Twitter Traffic Machine - We've used this very successfully. Check out another blog here for details. Bottom line is that this system works! It's the best tool I've seen to increasing Twitter Followers.
Twitter Trick - The site offers a tool to rapidly increase your followers. We've suggest giving it a shot.
Twollo - Enter your interests and Twollo will automatically follow people with similar interests for you.
Twibes - Organized into dozens of groups to find people with similar interests. Recommend other Tweeters you like.
TweepMe - Paid for site that once you join, everyone else who has joined will automatically follow you.
Twitter Getter - Strategy site to gain 1,000's of followers quickly & easily.
TwitteRel - Enter keywords. The system will find Tweeters who have recently used those keywords. Then you can follow them.
Twitter Karma - One of our favorites! Tools that finds all of your followers and those you are following. Very easy interface to show you which of your followers you are following & vice versa. We use this once a week to un-follow those not following us.
Twit Seeker - site that allows you to enter specific key words found in individual Tweets & profiles. Then you can follow those you are interested in.

Easiest Way to Make Money Using Twitter
I've found what I consider to be the easiest way to make money on Twitter. It's called TwtAd.

This is a very simple system to use. Essentially all you do is post specific Tweets with a trackable link placed within the Tweet. Every time some one clicks on the link, you get paid!
You will be paid from $0.01 to $0.03 per click. I didn't say this would be ton's of money, just an easy way to make money. But, this could add up. Here's how......
When you start using TwtAd use the ad titled:
'TwtAd - Use this to earn 20% referral for life!'
You will be paid $0.01 per click from this ad, but also you will earn 20% from anyone who signs up for TwtAd through that link! That is how your income will grow from this.
